Cabane MontFort celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2025. Built in 1925 by the Swiss Alpin Club, the cabin was designed by architect Louis Fumé. The construction site, budgeted at 31 000 francs, was completed in less than three months. The official inauguration of the Mont-Fort Cabane took place on September 20, 1925.
